First Frost by Oneida

In 1965, Frank R. Perry designed First Frost for Oneida. Several Oneida's other patterns were designed by Perry, including Michelangelo (1970) Flower Lane (1957), First Frost (1965), Belle Rose (1963), Botticelli (1949), Belle Rose (1963) and Du Maurier (1967).

 Elegance by International was designed by 1934.  It was designed by Alfred G. Kintz Splendor (1939), Empress (1932) and Wedgewood (1924). He also co-designed Springtime (1935) with Frederick W. Stark.

Rosemary by Easterling

Easterling's Rosemary pattern dates back to 1944. It was designed by James Russell Price who also designed Epic for Gorham (1941),  King Edward  for Gorham (1936),   Chapel Bells for Alvin (1939), as well as Greenbrier for Gorham (1938).

Plymouth by Gorham

Plymouth is a popular name for sterling patterns. I posted about Plymouth by Watson earlier. There are also "Plymouth" patterns by Mount Vernon, Manchester, 1881 Rogers/Oneida, and Gorham.

This post is on Gorham's Plymouth pattern. It was designed by William C. Codman and introduced in 1911.Working for Gorham, Codman also designed  Florentine, Etruscan, Fleury, Tuileries, Albemarle, New Queens, Spotswood, and Imperial Chrysanthemum.
