Number 10 by Dominick and haff

Dominick and Haff introduced their Number 10 pattern in 1896. It was designed by Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. Other patterns designed for D and H by Crowell included Imperial (1909), Grape (1895), Victoria (1901), Gothic (1900), Basket of Flowers (1920), Rococo (1888), Charles II (1894), Cupid (1891), and Mazarin (1892).

Grape by Dominick and Half

Grape was introduced by Dominick and Haff in 1895 and was designed by Gilbert L. Crowell Jr. He also designed the patterns Victoria, Gothic, Basket of Flowers, Cupid, and Rococo for Dominick and Haff. The design speaks for itself.

Imperial by Dominick and Haff

Another pattern by  Gilbert L. Crowell Jr., Imperial was introduced by Dominick and Haff in 1909. Other patterns designed by Crowell include:  Victoria, Gothic, Basket of Flowers, Cupid, Rococo and Grape. 



Bon Bon Spoon (4 1/2 inches)

Victoria by Dominick and Haff

Dominick and Haff introduced Victoria in 1901. The pattern was designed by Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. Other patterns designed by Crowell for Dominick and Haff include Mazarin, Cupid, and Basket of Flowers. Victoria has a classical design with a pattern on the terminal and decoration down the edge of the terminal and the stem. It is not as elaborate or eloquent as Mazarin or Cupid but much more lovely than some of the horrendous patterns to come out of the 50's and 60's.

Gothic by Dominick and Haff

Gothic is yet another pattern Gilbert Crowell, Jr. designed for Dominick and Haff. It shows the breadth of his work. This design introduced in 1900 is totally different from his Rococo pattern and his Basket of Flowers.

Basket of Flowers by Dominick and Haff

Dominick and Haff introduced Basket of Flowers in 1920. It was designed by Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. A beautiful old looking pattern with a basket of flowers decorating the terminal.

Rococo by Dominick and Haff

Yet another pattern designed by Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. for Dominick and Haff. Rococo was introduced in 1888. The design is a heavy embellishment of flowers and loose swirls that make their way from the terminal half way down the stem. Some of the pieces have the embellishment design on the shoulder of the bowl of a spoon or the tines of a fork.

Charles II by Dominick and Haff

Charles II was designed by Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. and introduced by Dominick and Haff in 1894. A traditional pattern, Charles II has a scallop shell pattern fanned on the terminal, a leaf motif at the bottom of the terminal, a plain stem, and a small flourish on the terminal. Each piece is edged with a thick bead. There are patterns by Lunt and Tuttled also named "Charles II" but their designs are very different.

Cupid by Dominick and Haff

Gilbert L. Crowell, Jr. designed this pattern for Dominick and Haff and Cupid was introduced in 1891. It is a lovely pattern with the motif of cupid on the bottom of the terminal just below an area that is nice for engraving.
