 Onieda's Virginian pattern dates back to 1942. An interesting fact - the same design was introduced in 1934 by Onieda in silver plate called "Chateau".

Botticelli By Oneida

Unlike Frank Whiting's 1949 pattern by the same name, Onieda's Botticelli pattern.  The pattern was designed by Frank R. Perry and introduced in 1972.  Perry was a prolific designer. His work for Onieda include  Michelangelo (1970), Flower Lane (1956),  First Frost (1965), Belle Rose (1963), and Du Maurier (1967).

Venetian Scroll by Onieda only dates back to 1970. That said it has the lines of some the older rococo designs. We often think of Onieda with stainless and silver plate but they did produce some lovely sterling patterns.

Damask Rose by Onieda

Oneida introduced Damask Rose in 1946. It was designed by Grosvenor N. Allen & Mary Parker Fleming. Grosvenor is also credited with the designs of Stanton Hall (1951), Ribbon Rose (1942), and Castle Rose.
